Instead of transforming the page layout, you can simply redirect the visitor to another page within your site, for example, a dedicated page to be displayed on mobile phones. Redirection occurs only after device conditions and requirements you set with the media query are met.
NOTE: You can only redirect to a page from your current site.
When you redirect to a page, all its children are also accessible to the page visitors.
