As our community continues to grow and evolve, we believe these new hubs will provide you with enhanced opportunities to engage and connect with us at Progress.

Why Are We Migrating?
Until now, the Progress Flowmon support sites have been hosted on support.kemptechnologies.com. On November 12, we will move our support to the all-new Progress Support and Learning Hubs hosted on https://community.progress.com/s/.
In addition to standardizing our processes to align with the rest of the Progress portfolio, the new Support and Learning Hub offers additional functionality and benefits, such as deeper search capabilities, notifications and other features unavailable on our previous support site. Rest assured that we have planned this migration meticulously to provide a seamless transfer. Read on to learn more about the benefits.
How Will You Benefit from the New Support and Learning Hub?
The new support hub provides additional features and benefits that will enable you to continue your journey in a smooth and consistent manner. Some of the features that you as a customer can benefit from include:
- Key Resources and Links: Easily access all key resources and links on the new hub in one place.
- Knowledge Base Articles: Improved ‘search’ functionality will help you easily find relevant articles to help solve your questions/issues with ease.
- Product Documentation, Troubleshooting and Configuration: You can access all documents about the product, including troubleshooting and configuration, on the hub.
- Product Downloads: You can easily access and download all products.
- Submitting Support Tickets: Leverage an enhanced ticket submission process, with the added benefit of a new feature that suggests relevant knowledge-based articles to assist you.
- Automated Progress Alert and Notification System: You can easily access critical product updates and notifications for new Knowledge Base articles and product alerts.
- New Moderated Forums: Ask questions and help others with theirs.
- Latest Updates: Get timely updates on new product releases, upgrades and more.
- Opportunities to Connect: Receive advance notifications about events such as enablement webinars, conferences and more.

Many features are designed to make your experience on the hub beneficial and enjoyable. Please get in touch with your Account Managers or Sales Representatives if you need clarification on any of the features discussed above.
What Should You Do?
If you already have an existing Progress ID or recent Kemp ID, you don’t have to do anything at all. You can log into the new site with the same credentials, and you’ll find that your profile, downloads and tickets will all be there.
As with any change, we understand you might be concerned about your existing profile and data from the previous support site. Rest assured that we have planned this migration meticulously to help provide a more seamless transfer.
- For those of you who have both a Kemp ID and Progress ID with the same email address, you can transition to the new site with your Progress ID.
- If you only have a Kemp ID and have used it in the last six years, Progress will migrate you to a Progress ID, using the same credentials.
- If you have a Kemp ID and have not used it in the last six years, you will need to register for a new Progress ID by visiting: https://secure.progress.com/profile/opn/registerUid. Note that you will need to create this ID with the same email address as your Kemp ID in order for your licenses to be located and linked to your new account.
If you are worried about your bookmarked links, rest assured that they will be redirected to the new site. Additionally, the new site contains onboarding videos that will help you perform tasks faster.
