We have launched this blog for the reason anyone does: to open a communication channel with the characteristics necessary to keep pace with an extremely high-velocity subject. Rapid business expansion, acquisition and industry consolidation, and of course the proliferation of fear, uncertainty and doubt from vendors and other pundits have thrust SOA into the dismal depths of what Gartner calls the "trough of disillusionment."
