You may have seen some exciting news in the media recently – Telerik has entered into an agreement to be acquired by Progress Software. This is the beginning of a long and exciting journey for us and an important step to deliver outstanding products and services to our customer community.

Telerik and Progress complement each other in both products and business and this holds true for Sitefinity as a major part of the Telerik Enterprise offering. The vision of Progress is to power the rapid creation and deployment of powerful business applications that are driven by data and unlimited by device or cloud and we are looking forward to driving that vision forward together.

You will continue to receive support in the same way as you have done in the past – business as usual and we will constantly strive to serve you better You’ll still have unlimited support incidents, assistance according to your support package and agreement, and access to all community forums. You can continue to use the same contacts and support interfaces they have today, as well as connect with the same Telerik staff members that you are used to.
I wanted to extend a thank you to the entire community! You made Telerik and Sitefinity successful by driving the most innovative and successful projects and we are looking forward to growing and nurturing this relationship in the future. The Roadmap for the next Sitefinity release will be published soon and we're working on an ambitious 2015 Sitefinity plan.
