The finalists of the 2021 Website of the Year Awards have officially been announced. Now it’s up to you to help us decide the winners. Tell us which project is your favorite before voting closes on April 20.
Since its start in 2011, the Sitefinity Website of the Year Awards have recognized partners and customers for the exceptional digital experiences that they deliver to their own customers. This year, the contest was open for all Sitefinity websites that have been launched (or significantly overhauled) in the past year and are running on a recent version of Sitefinity.
Our internal Progress jury then evaluated the submissions across six categories of criteria: visual design, content, layout and navigation, complexity, innovation and significance and narrowed down the submissions to three standout finalists per contest category. For the last stage, we open it up to the community to vote for their favorite websites and who they believe should be the respective winner in each category.
This is a landmark year for the Website of the Year Awards. Not only is 2021 the 10th anniversary, but it is also the year that our customers and partners have had to quickly adapt their site experience to meet a pandemic-induced business environment that we’ve never experienced before.
By no means is that easy. And at first glance, a website overhaul may not seem like it would rise to the top of a company’s priority list. But, for many it actually did.
In fact, many of our partners and customers leveraged this year as a catalyst for true digital transformation, enabling their teams to not just compete but thrive in a year full of many uncertainties. After viewing all of this year’s submissions, we are proud of all your hard work, creativity and innovation this year despite the many setbacks you may have faced.
Congratulations to the 2021 Website of the Year finalists.
Because we received so many submissions this year, we have 17 categories, with three finalists in each category, totaling 51 finalists. Without further ado, the finalists for this year are:
So, which ones are your favorites? Let us know and help us decide the winners. Only one vote per user per category will count.
Winners will receive a physical plaque, digital badges and additional thought leadership, success story and PR opportunities for industry exposure.
Stay tuned—the winners will be announced on May 25.
