SOFIA, Bulgaria, January 22, 2007 – Telerik, the leading vendor of UI components for .NET development, is proud to announce that RadControls suite for WinForms has been named a finalist in the "Libraries, Frameworks and Components" category at the 17th Annual Software Development Jolt Product Excellence Awards, which are sponsored by CMP Media's Software Development magazine.

Famous for its coveted trophies and intense competition, the Jolt Product Excellence and Productivity Awards have been presented annually to showcase products that have "jolted" the industry with their significance and made the task of creating software faster, easier, and more efficient. Jolt Cola, the fabled soft drink quaffed by software developers for sustenance during project development marathons, sponsors the awards presentation.

The awards ceremony will take place on March 21 during SD West Conference and Expo 2007, which attracts more than 3,000 software developers, renowned industry speakers, and press annually.
