Sofia, Bulgaria, November 16, 2007 - Telerik is proud to announce that it has been ranked #1 in the “Best Employers 2007 (Bulgaria)” study  (small to medium size company category). The study was conducted by Hewitt Associates, the world’s foremost provider of human resources outsourcing and consulting services.

This year the “Best Employers” study included 71 companies from various industry sectors. The assessment is based on a survey conducted among employees and therefore represents an objective assessment from within of how people view their company. More than 130 000 employees and 270 senior managers filled in the survey in 2007. The criteria being evaluated are: career growth, work environment, manager-employee relationship, remuneration and benefits, balance between work and personal life, processes, etc.
