In this role, you will:
- Manage inbound sales requests received via web, email, and phone
- Prospect in a set list of in-market accounts
- Run outbound sales reach out through phone, email, and LinkedIn to book meetings with the leads from the target accounts
- Utilize different technologies to find the right decision-makers from the right account
- Work alongside our sales team to target, map, and develop prospecting strategies to drive new business opportunities
- Collaborate with sales managers and sales teams to refine sales strategies and approaches
- Maintain and update Salesforce.com to accurately track all relative customer data, business insights, and record of interactions
- Use sales intelligence tools (ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Navigator, Salesloft, SalesForce) to identify and qualify decision makers who can utilize Progress solutions
- Meet the minimum requirements set by Sales Leadership for outbound calls per day
- Articulate to customers the business and technical benefits of Progress solutions
- Interpret customer requirements, proactively act to identify solutions that meet customer needs
- Set discovery meeting appointments for Regional Sales Teams
Your background:
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience would be a plus
- Experience with Lead Generation (this is not a closing role)
- Enthusiastic, driven and confident personality
- Go-getter, disciplined, systematic and organized
- Fluency in English is a must, fluency in any other foreign language is a benefit
- Competitive edge and thrives in a team environment
- Good knowledge of LinkedIn
- Passion for outbound selling
- Familiarity with Salesforce
