Overview: The Business Applications and Integrations team maintains the applications and integrations for a wide variety of business functions. These applications and integrations are critical to the company’s ability to do business and support our customers. We also work closely with all departments to create innovative applications design solutions that meet all business requirements. In this role, you will:
- Design, develop and test new business applications to support all business requirements. This includes technical analysis of the requirements, associated coding and documentation.
- Support cloud applications including ServiceNow, Jira, Aha and on-premise Java based applications from both an administrative and development perspective.
- Develop data integrations and ETLs between multiple systems
- Learn and utilize new software development tools as necessary
- Identify and drive opportunities for continuous improvement
- Assist in troubleshooting day-to-day issues with all support applications
Your background:
- 2-3 years of development experience in Java/Advance Java and Java script frameworks
- Excellent knowledge of Javascript frameworks such as JQuery or Angular
- Working expertise on Web or E-Commerce application development and support
- Should be familiar with tools such as Git/GitHub or any other CVS system
- Understanding of the software development lifecycle
- Excellent communication skills and should be comfortable collaborating independently with all stakeholders
- Should be a problem solver and able to work independently
- Should be able to handle the dynamics of changing business
- Team player that is open to change and willing to help in any situation
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Must be willing to work on new technology and tools
