As a Funnel Operations Specialist, you will play a key role in monitoring our marketing funnels, ensuring data accuracy, and generating timely reports to support our decision-making processes. You will help identify areas for data improvement and work with cross-functional teams to drive data quality initiatives. This role offers an excellent opportunity to apply both your business & marketing understanding and passion for data & reporting.
In this role you will:
- Monitor & report from different reports and dashboards to ensure smooth operations
- Identify any anomalies & data inconsistencies to help maintain high standards of data accuracy and completeness
- Suggest the creation of new monitors & Drives cross-collaboration on resolving of data quality issues
- Regular and ad-hoc reporting on different funnel & marketing metrics – lead volume and quality, CRs, targets vs actuals, account engagement, contacts data, email database health, etc.
- Provide data-driven insights to improve marketing efficiency, processes, and maximize revenue
- Collaborate with the Data & Analytics team on the improvement of existing reports and dashboards & the creation of new ones by compiling business requirements
- Participate and drives projects which support the marketing analytics & funnel reporting strategy
Your background:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Statistics, Data Science or related field
- 2+ years of experience in a data-focused role
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience in reporting from CRMs, Marketing Automation tools, SFDC, Google Analytics, Tableau or similar
- Strong Excel skills
- Curious, organized, with strong attention to detail, quick to spot data integrity issues
- Self-driven & adaptive to change
- Experience working in a global company and with multiple teams and stakeholders is a plus
- Excellent English and communication skills
