New Business Inside Sales Representative

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven New Business Inside Sales Representative to join our team. This role is primarily focused on identifying, pursuing, and closing new business opportunities while maintaining and nurturing existing client relationships.
 
In this role, you will:
 

New Business Acquisition:

  • Work on opportunities that are qualified and passed over to you.
  • Identify and target potential clients through research, networking, and market analysis.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve new business targets.
  • Build and maintain a robust pipeline of prospects and manage the sales cycle from lead generation to closure.
  • Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients, highlighting the value and benefits of our offerings.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements to secure new business deals.
  • Collaborate with Solution Engineers and other internal stakeholders as per the requirement of the deal.
 
Your background
 
  • Technical software product sales & US market experience
  • Strong communication, listening, presentation, and meeting facilitation skills to interact with technical stakeholders
  • Ability to gracefully handle and address customer questions and issues on the fly and to be innovative in solving customer challenges 
  • Highly motivated self-starter with the ability to drive business independently 
  • Solid working knowledge of SalesForce.com / PC Tools 
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills 
  • Strong phone, interpersonal, and communication skills (written and verbal) 
  • Motivation to achieve sales targets/goals & comfortable with a quota-based variable compensation
  • Must be willing to work in US time zone  (IST 6:30 PM to 3: 30 AM )
