We are seeking an experienced MuleSoft Developer to join our dynamic team. This role involves designing, developing, and maintaining integration solutions using the MuleSoft platform, with a strong emphasis on integrating financial systems, particularly Oracle Financials. The role requires someone with strong technical skills, a deep understanding of integration patterns, and the ability to lead projects and mentor junior developers. 

In this role, you will: 

• Design, develop, and implement integration solutions using MuleSoft platform components including API Manager, Runtime Manager, AnyPoint Studio, DataWeave, and AnyPoint MQ. 

• Develop and optimize integrations with Oracle Financials, ensuring seamless data flow across financial modules such as General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Procurement. 

• Ensure error-handling, observability, monitoring, and continuity of the integrations, and troubleshoot and resolve integration issues promptly. 

• Lead technical design sessions and ensure adherence to best practices and standards. 

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements, particularly from finance and accounting teams. 

• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for all integrations. 

• Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues promptly. 

• Mentor and guide junior developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning. 

• Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and adherence to standards. 

• Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in MuleSoft, Oracle Financials, and related technologies. 

Your background: 

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. 
• 5+ years of experience in software development, with at least 3 years focused on MuleSoft. 
• Strong knowledge of MuleSoft Anypoint Platform, including API management, flow design, and data transformation. 
• Experience integrating with Oracle Financials Cloud or Oracle E-Business Suite, particularly modules like GL, AP, AR, and Procurement. 
• Understanding of financial data structures, accounting principles, and financial reporting needs. 
• Experience with RESTful and SOAP web services, RAML, and Anypoint Studio. 
• Proficiency in Java, XML, JSON, and other relevant technologies. 
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. 
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 

Additionally, it would be beneficial if you have: 

• MuleSoft Developer certification (MCD). 
• Experience with Salesforce.com. 
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud. 
• Knowledge of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines. 

• Prior experience in leading integration projects.
