Principal Sales Operations Analyst

As a Principal Sales Operations Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in transforming ideas into actionable processes, implementing policies, tracking initiatives, and ensuring accountability for adherence. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong project management skills and a passion for optimizing operations. 
 
In this role, you will:
  • Ensure processes are performing at desired level based on existing measurements and metrics
  • Understand owned processes from beginning to end and develop strategies to improve process performance for all Sales Organizations Understand how outputs of owned processes impact downstream operations including IT, Finance, Marketing, D&A, Sales, etc
  • Identify and drive process efficiencies to improve sales teams performance's
  • Provides leadership and direction for the immediate team which may include multiple functional areas
  • Communicating relevant system and application changes
  • Develop and document processes and procedures
  • Produce standard and ad hoc reports to provide business with actionable insights
Your background:
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Operations Management, or related field (Master's degree would be an advantage).
  • Previous experience in a sales operations role. 
  • Strong experience in policy development, process improvement, and project management within the BDR, account management, and customer success frameworks.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce (SFDC), SalesLoft, and other CRM/Sales tools, with experience in implementing policies and processes within these platforms.
  • Strong understanding of key sales processes.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and drive actionable insights.
  • Excellent MS excel skills.
  • Familiar with SQL, Snowflake, Tableau or a similar tool.
  • Experience with developing sales performance frameworks and deep understanding of sales KPIs
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a collaborative mindset.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and compliance.
