We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Sales Operations Specialist to join our team. As a Sales Operations Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in transforming ideas into actionable processes, implementing policies, tracking initiatives, and ensuring accountability for adherence. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong project management skills and a passion for optimizing operations.

In this role, you will: 

  • Develop and implement policies and processes within the frameworks of business development, account management, and customer success.
  • Collaborate with IT and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless integration and implementation of policies and processes within Salesforce (SFDC), SalesLoft, and other CRM/Sales tools.
  • Drive the execution of initiatives aimed at enhancing efficiency, productivity, and overall performance within these functional areas.
  • Analyze data and key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the effectiveness of implemented processes and identify areas for improvement.
  • Provide training and support to teams to ensure understanding and compliance with policies and processes within the designated frameworks.
  • Maintain documentation for policies, procedures, and process workflows, ensuring accuracy and alignment with organizational goals.

Your background:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Operations Management, or related field (Master's degree preferred).  We will consider applicable experience in place of education.
  • Experience in a sales operations role.  Please note this is NOT a senior role though so only 3-4 yrs will be necessary.
  • Proven experience in policy development, process improvement, and project management within the BDR, account management, and customer success frameworks.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce (SFDC), SalesLoft, and other CRM/Sales tools, with experience in implementing policies and processes within these platforms.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and drive actionable insights.
  • Expert MS excel skills (pivot tables, etc) 
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a collaborative mindset.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and compliance.
