In this role you will:
- Collaborate with team members to brainstorm, plan, and develop new features.
- Follow established coding and design standards with peer review.
- Demonstrate the ability to work on both Unix and Windows operating systems and web browsers.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively contribute to a collaborative team environment.
- A can-do attitude to deliver quality software in a dynamic, faced-paced environment.
Your background:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field is required.
- 4–6 years of professional experience in a product development environment.
- Strong proficiency in Java development, including expertise in multi-threading concepts, remote code execution with a willingness to learn new technologies.
- Solid grasp of design principles, algorithms, and data structures. Ability to write and describe complex solutions to senior architects.
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Node.js, and Web UI frameworks like React
- Familiarity with RESTful APIs and web services.
- Understanding of version control systems (e.g., Git).
- Familiarity with AI capabilities, including the design, development, and integration of AI-driven solutions for software development and testing. Experience in utilizing AI for automated code testing, including AI-powered test case generation, execution, and defect detection by leveraging tools like GIT Copilot.
- Familiar with AI model usage for code assistance, Including LangChain and Hugging Face, Experience with AI Model Training is a plus.
- Hands-on experience with containerization tools (e.g., Docker) and orchestration tools (e.g., Kubernetes) is a big plus.
- Knowledge of CI/CD tools and pipelines.
