As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will play a key role in enabling business success by attracting, engaging, and hiring exceptional talent across multiple European countries, including Bulgaria, Czechia, Ireland, and the Netherlands. You will be part of an experienced and supportive Talent Acquisition team that collaborates closely with hiring managers and other HR functions, such as HR Business Partners, HRIS, and Total Rewards, to ensure a seamless hiring process.
 
This is a hands-on, dynamic role suited for someone who enjoys both the people and process sides of recruitment. You’ll manage multiple requisitions, source and assess top talent, and ensure a great candidate and hiring manager experience. A proactive, adaptable, and team-oriented approach will be key to success in this role. Please, note that this is a maternity cover position with an approximate duration of up to 2 years.
 
In this role you will:
  • Manage full-cycle recruitment – Source, screen, and guide candidates through the hiring process, ensuring a smooth and engaging experience.
  • Balance multiple requisitions – Prioritize effectively while maintaining a high-quality hiring process.
  • Be hands-on and proactive – Take initiative in identifying great talent, improving processes, and supporting hiring managers.
  • Deliver a positive candidate and hiring manager experience – Act as a trusted partner, setting clear expectations and fostering strong relationships.
  • Use data to improve hiring outcomes – Leverage insights to refine recruitment strategies and support decision-making.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers – Understand their needs, provide market insights, and offer tailored hiring solutions.
  • Work closely with HR teams – Partner with HR Business Partners, HRIS, and Total Rewards to support effective hiring and onboarding.
  • Champion inclusive hiring – Support efforts to create diverse and equitable hiring processes.

Your background:

  • Hands-on experience in Talent Acquisition, preferably in the SaaS or tech space (but not mandatory).
  • Strong candidate engagement and assessment skills to ensure great team and culture add.
  • Ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast-moving, people-focused environment.
  • A collaborative, roll-up-your-sleeves mindset – you enjoy being involved in both strategy and execution.
  • A solutions-oriented, adaptable approach to hiring challenges.
  • Comfort using data and insights to improve hiring processes and influence decisions.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with candidates, hiring managers, and HR stakeholders.
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
