Loren Jarrett

Executive Vice President, General Manager, Digital Experience

As Executive Vice President, General Manager of the Digital Experience (DX) business, Loren Jarrett leads the Progress products that developers, marketers and designers use to build and deploy human-centered, AI-powered digital experiences. Loren is responsible for driving all facets of the business including sales, demand generation, engineering, product management, product marketing, customer success, support and developer relations. The DX business unit empowers customers with the technology to harness digital channels to reinvent business processes and customer interactions, building the agility to succeed in a changing world. 

Loren brings decades of proven go-to-market and product leadership experience in enterprise software, with deep expertise in both enterprise and high-velocity businesses. Before taking over as General Manager of the Digital Experience business, Loren was General Manager of the Developer Tools business at Progress for four years, during which time she and her team drove both growth and efficiency within the business. Loren first joined Progress as Chief Marketing Officer, where she built a high-performing marketing organization, drove a coordinated go-to-market strategy across Progress’ many business lines and achieved notable industry recognitions during her tenure. 

Prior to Progress, Loren held executive leadership roles across the software industry, including as CMO of Acquia, CMO of Kaseya, and Head of Marketing and Product Management at FatWire, the latter resulting in a strategic sale to Oracle. She also held leadership roles at CA Technologies, Oracle and American Express. 

An elite competitive figure skater when young, Loren learned early that anything worth achieving takes tremendous effort, skill and persistence. Loren brings all three to her daily work at Progress, and to promoting inclusion and diversity within the workplace and beyond. She is an executive sponsor of two Progress Employee Resource Groups (ERGs): Progress for Her, and the Latinx employee group, Unidos en Progress.  

Loren holds a Master of Business Administration from Harvard Business School, and a bachelor's degree from Yale University, magna cum laude.
