DBS Bank prevents fraudulent transactions with Progress Software
DBS Bank, one of the largest banks in Asia, has implemented a system that protects customers from incidents of fraud. Progress Software’ s Apama, a Complex Event Processing (CEP) software, works quietly in the background, enabling the bank to observe customers’ transactions in real-time. When patterns indicating fraud events are observed the bank’s fraud team is alerted enabling immediate action to be taken.
