Thunder: Create a hierarchical libraries selector

In Sitefinity CMS Thunder, you can create a hierarchical libraries selector by modifying a dynamic content selector.

To do this, perform the following:

1. In the template of the widget, perform the following changes:
   
   1. Find and replace FlatSelector with FolderSelector, but keep the FlatSelector ID.
      The result looks like this:
      
      <sitefinity:FolderSelector ID="<Flat Selector ID>" runat="server"

          AllowMultipleSelection="false"

          BindOnLoad="false"

          AllowSearch="true"

          ShowButtonsArea="false"

          WebServiceUrl="~/Sitefinity/Services/Content/AlbumService.svc/folders/"/>
   2. Replace <Flat Selector ID> with the ID of your flat selector.
   3. To create a video library selector, set WebServiceUrl to "~/Sitefinity/Services/Content/VideoLibraryService.svc/folders/"
   4. To create a document library selector, set WebServiceUrl to "~/Sitefinity/Services/Content/DocumentLibraryService.svc/folders/"
2. In the .cs file of the widget, perform the following:
   
   1. Change the type of the selector in the return type of the property and the GetControl method inside it from FlatSelector to FolderSelector.
   2. Go to InitializeControls and remove the UICulture logic for the FlatSelector because FolderSelector does not have that property.
3. In the .js file of the widget, perform the following:
   
   1. Change .OriginalContentId to .Id
   2. Comment item Selector._selectorSearchBox.get_binderSearch()._multilingual = false;
