After you create the user control, you need to implement the markup for the new widget in its .ASCX file. Then, you need to implement the code in the .JS file that will associate it with the markup.

In the markup, the simple <asp:Repeater> element generates <h3> and <div> elements for each NewsItem that is passed to the repeater. Eval() retrieves the title and content values for each news item. In addition, the <sf:ResourceFile> retrieves the .CSS resource for the jQueryUI from a CDN.
