After you have created the layout of the template for the Telerik Hospital site, you must style the position, sizes, fonts, and colors of your content by defining a theme.

NOTE: The theme you create in this tutorial must be considered in the context of the template that you created in Custom themes and templates: Create the layout template The theme defines formatting rules for the Telerik Hospital site. To use the theme in another website, you must bind it to the names of the content blocks in that website.
The Hospital theme is very compact, and the formatting rules can be placed in a single file without being difficult to follow. Sitefinity CMS does not limit you to a single file.
To use the theme you must register it and then assign it to the template. For more information see Overview: Themes.
