Manage touchpoints

The following table summarize the actions you can complete with touchpoints in Sitefinity Insight:

Stop tracking a touchpoint 

IMPORTANT: Once you stop tracking a touchpoint, Sitefinity Insight deletes this touchpoint along with all reports for this touchpoint and its attribution data. Do not stop tracking a touchpoint if you need this information.

Edit a touchpoint  For more information about the properties you can edit, see Define touchpoints
Hide a touchpoint  You can only hide auto-discovered touchpoints. You hide a touchpoint per conversation. For all other conversion reports the touchpoint is visible.

Open touchpoint on the website If you have defined a touchpoint that is a visit to a specific page - for example, a landing page, you click Go_to_touchpoint to open and view the page from the touchpoints list.

Stop hiding a touchpoint

To stop hiding a touchpoint, go to Conversion details page, click More touchpoints, and click the Hidden tab.
