Insurance
An insurance adjustor can securely transfer documents and images from their tablet using MOVEit Mobile. While still at the accident site, they can initiate the automated insurance claim review workflow process, saving time and improving productivity. Previously, they would need to return to the office to securely access internal systems, use a complex FTP client from a remote desktop, rely on inherently insecure email or mail documentation within a paper-based process.
Healthcare
A doctor can take a picture of a patient’s infection with their cell phone and send it securely as part of a patient record update process. The medical records department is then alerted about the picture and can add text information like the medical record number and upload it to the patient record. It can also send the picture to the practice management system. The pictures are made available to assisting specialists within the practice and instantly offer important context for collaborative treatment that was not previously possible. The process is compliant with HIPAA/HITECH standards.
Distribution
A sales representative at a customer site can securely generate and deliver an approved price quote document, initiating the process from their tablet. Once approved, the price quote is automatically and securely delivered to the client and the internal business systems are updated with information from the quote. This process reduces the time for quote generation and approval and helps maintain security for sensitive pricing and customer information at every step of the process.

An engineer can securely access shared large unstructured data files such as geophysical information, equipment specifications or designs remotely on their tablet.
