In this demo, Mehdi Maachou, a Principal Solutions Engineer at MarkLogic, shows how a customer service representative (CSR) can search and discover customer information from a wide variety of integrated silos to get a single view of customer records, contracts, and other documents. We show how MarkLogic’s multi-model capabilities delivers a rich view, serving up information in grids, tables, pdfs, maps, and connected graphs. We use the example of a large bank that we made up named MarcoBank.
