It has been just over two years since the initial launch of HealthCare.gov. A cornerstone of America’s Affordable Care Act, the website delivers health insurance and affordable healthcare to millions who otherwise cannot get it. But HealthCare.gov is much more than just a website—some even called it the most complex IT project of all time.
