The system is configured per our best practices:

• Confirm that daytime and nightly tasks are running properly
• Ensure backup procedures are working properly
• Discuss the development server, if not already in place
• Discuss upgrades if necessary to take advantage of updated features
• Cover troubleshooting procedures

Users are configured per our best practices:

• Remove user accounts that are no longer in use, when possible
• Make sure there are not too many Admins and FileAdmins on the system
• Suggested LDAP user authentication and the use of template users/groups for user management

Packages/logs are configured per our best practices:

• Make sure the auto cleanup of the packages and logs are configured properly and working
