For assistance on configuring data sources with the drivers, as well as testing a connection please see the document appropriate for your driver operating system and database from the Quick Start section.

For applications that allow you to quickly create, modify, and test XQuery queries, and is integrated with DataDirect XQuery you can use Stylus Studio® or the DataDirect XQuery Eclipse-based editor. Stylus Studio® and the DataDirect XQuery Eclipse-based editor are two XML IDEs which can be used with DataDirect XQuery. See the XQuery FAQ for further information. For XQJ some XQJ examples are shipped with the product and are located in the /examples subdirectory in the DataDirect XQuery installation directory.
