You can facilitate you page construction process by using already configured widgets and duplicating their content or copying and pasting their setting in another widget.
You can configure a widget and copy its settings. Then, you can paste them in another widget on another page from the same or a different website from your multisite Sitefinity CMS instance.
PREREQUISITES: You can copy and paste settings only between the same type of widgets.
To do this, perform the following:
NOTE: When you copy and paste the settings of a Section widget, they are pasted without the content widgets located inside the Section widget.
RESULT: All widget settings, styles, and advanced settings are applied to the new widget. If it is an Image widget, the selected widget is also selected for the new widget. You can later choose another image.
You can duplicate a widget on the same page. The widget is duplicated together with its settings, styles, and advanced settings.
RESULT: The widget is duplicated, together with its configurations and placed under the original widget. You can later drag it on another place on the page. If you duplicate a Section widget, it is duplicated together with the content widgets that are placed inside it.
