What ‘Load As Is’ Really Means
The Load As Is integration pattern lets you clean data after you load (and while you build). It provides higher agility and much lower costs than the alternative pattern of using third-party data transformation tools to convert data into proper data formats before loading. It is also the first stage in many Data Hub architectures that are used to break down data silos.
