As a Senior Renewals Account Manager at Progress, Natalia is responsible for managing and growing the recurring revenue of a portfolio of customers across the EMEA region. She works closely with the sales engineering, customer advocacy and product teams to ensure timely and successful renewals, upsells and cross-sells.
