Progress has received placement in the 2019 Gartner Magic Quadrant for Web Content Management for the sixth consecutive year, based on ability to execute and completeness of vision.

Gartner has once again recognized Progress in the Gartner Magic Quadrant for Web Content Management. We’re honored to receive a placement in this report for a sixth consecutive year. Gartner has recognized Progress as a Challenger this year.

"Web content management is a foundational technology for every digital business," according to Gartner. We couldn’t agree more, which is why we work hard to earn the loyalty and support of all our users.

Sitefinity is one of the most user-friendly content management systems on the market, and is designed to deliver a frictionless omnichannel experience across web, mobile, chat and more—even in multi-site or multi-lingual environments. With modern enterprises increasingly looking to deliver seamless, integrated digital experiences, our particular expertise and background as a provider of development and data connectivity tools uniquely enables us to support digital solution development with the Progress portfolio.

We’re thrilled to receive recognition from Gartner both in this report and as a two-time Gartner Peer Insights Customer Choice, where you can read hundreds of verified peer reviews. We believe these are a testament to the completeness of our vision and our ability to execute for our customers.

Progress Sitefinity continues to be developed with innovative new features. In addition to the advanced personalization and analytics provided by Sitefinity Insight, we recently brought Sitefinity to the cloud with the release of Sitefinity 12. As a  hosted, managed service, Sitefinity Cloud delivers greater operational efficiency and scale, simplified management leveraging deep integration with Microsoft Azure, and reduced risk thanks to autoscaling infrastructure. Sitefinity 12.1 has recently been released with even more enhancements, and we encourage you to check out everything new in the release.

At Progress, we are dedicated to making it easy for you to create the high-impact content and marketing experiences that will enable your business to thrive. Coming just weeks after our recognition as a Leader in the Magic Quadrant for Multiexperience Development, we feel confident in our ability to empower our customers to deliver the kinds of digital experiences they need to succeed in today’s business environment, from web content management to high productivity app development.

We’d like to thank our customers and partners for providing critical feedback and taking the time to speak with Gartner or leave a review. We could not have achieved this without you, and we can’t wait to hear about the amazing things you’ll develop with our products next.

Technology and Compliance Challenges in the New Healthcare Landscape
During the COVID-19 pandemic, regulations on federal and state levels were relaxed to make telehealth and telemedicine more accessible. These were meant to be temporary measures for a desperate time, but the increased accessibility was also a convenience, a time saver for patients and in many ways, a superior way for doctors to provide care. These measures also forced the adoption of technological enhancements, that, although long available, had not been used in healthcare. Now, as we return to normal life, we find the accessibility and convenience we’ve enjoyed difficult to give up. Regulations and guidelines need to be worked out, and the future is uncertain, but what is sure is that the healthcare industry will never be the same.
