The following formatting options are used to insert content in the text editor from another location and to move and copy content within the text editor. You can use these functions by selecting them from the context menu in the text editor. Function Paste from Word is available as a button in the basic mode of the toolbar.
Button Quick info text
Cut
CTRL+X
Use this function to move content from one place on the page to another place on the page or to another location.
NOTE: Only the last piece of content you cut can be pasted. If you cut something and then you copy or cut another thing. The first thing you cut is lost.
Copy
CTRL+C
Use this function to copy content from one place on the page to another place on the page or to another location.
NOTE: Only the last piece of content you copy can be pasted. If you copy something and then you copy or cut another thing. The first thing you copied is lost.
Paste form Word
Use this button to paste text or tables from Microsoft Word. The editor automatically removes all unnecessary Microsoft Office related tags.
NOTE: If you are pasting Word content using only Paste function or CTRL+V, a dialog box appears where you must confirm that you want to clean all unnecessary Microsoft Office related tags.
Text on the clipboard (copied from Word):
Paragraph text, some of which is italic, other bold.
Text pasted from Word (appears the same, but is cleaned from Microsoft Word tags):

Use this button to paste content from the clipboard in the text editor.
Text on the clipboard (copied from a browser):

Paste Plain Text
Use this button to paste content without keeping its formatting from the clipboard in the text editor.
The text editor removes all the formatting from the content and pastes only plain text, but keeps the line breaks.

Paste As Html
Use this button to paste content from the clipboard as HTML code.
