Manage event calendars

1. To display and manage all created calendars, go to Events page.
2. In the right pane, under Events by calendar, click Manage Calendars.
   Calendars page appears where you can view and manage all calendars.
   

   NOTE: The Calendar page displays the number of events in each calendar and Actions you can perform with the calendar.

1. In the right pane of Events page, click Manage Calendars.
2. In the toolbar of Calendars page, click Create a calendar.
   The Create a calendar page appears.
3. In Title, enter the name of the calendar.
4. To add a description of the calendar, click Click to add description.
   

   NOTE: The information you provide here is not public, it is for your reference only.

5. You can color code your calendars by assigning colors to them using the Color dropdown.
6. Under URL, you can change the URL of the calendar.
   The automatically generated URL of the calendar appears. 
   To change it, click Change and enter a new URL name.
7. Click Create this calendar.

1. On Calendars page click the Actions link of the calendar you want to edit.
2. In the dropdown box, click Edit.
   The Edit a calendar page appears.
3. Perform Step 3 to Step 6 of the above procedure.
4. Click Save changes.
   The system returns you to Calendars page.

To delete a calendar, on Calendars page, click the Actions link of the library you want to delete and then click Delete.

A dialog box appears where you must confirm the deletion.
