If you have a page created in the source language and you do not have a page created in the target language, when you send such a page for translation from the source language to the target language, Sitefinity CMS automatically creates the translated page and it is synced with the default one.
EXAMPLE: You have a page in English, which is default and you have a split page in German that has different widgets and structure from the default page. If you send the English page for translation from English to German, the split page will be lost and Sitefinity CMS will create another split German version of the English page. If you send the German split page for translation to German, after the translation import, that page structure will be preserved.
