Tutorial: Build a custom field control

Building a field control is just a special case of building a normal Sitefinity CMS widget. You just have to inherit from FieldControl rather than SimpleView. You can build your field control manually in code, or use Sitefinity CMS Thunder to generate a scaffold for you.
