Products do not show up in the frontend

In Sitefinity CMS 6.0 Ecommerce, a product life cycle is introduced. You can have a product in draft (master) and live mode. This is a breaking change with respect to how you manage Products.
If products are not showing up in the frontend, but are showing up in the backend, perform the following:

Find and select the product that are marked as drafts (i.e. have the word Draft under their titles).
From the menu “More actions”, click on Publish. This will publish your items and make the visible in the frontend.
Repeat the process until you have all of the products published.
