You must have Windows Azure SDK for .NET for VS 2010 or VS 2012 – October 2012 installed (which includes Visual Studio Tools for Azure and Azure SDK).

Depending on the Sitefinity CMS version you are using, you must install the following version of Windows Azure SDK:
