You manage videos on the Videos page.
To open the Videos page, in the main menu in the upper part of the screen, click Content » Videos. The Videos page appears, displaying a list of all created libraries together with actions you can perform on them. Use this page to manage image libraries and upload and edit videos.
You can set permission for all videos and video libraries and you can set individual permissions for each video or library.
To change the permissions for all videos, on Videos page, click Permissions link in the right side of the page. The Permissions for videos page appears. To change permissions for all libraries, in the main menu, click Administration » Permissions » by Section » Libraries. For more information about changing permissions, see Changing global and section permissions » Step 2 to Step 4.

You can add a custom field to all videos. A custom field is a field that you create. For each video there are default fields, such as author, title, etc. If you need to add different than the already existing fields, you must create a custom field. To manage the custom fields of videos, on Videos page, click Custom Fields link in the right pane of the page. For more information, see Custom fields You then display a custom field on your website by adding it to a template for displaying videos. For more information, see Creating and editing widget templates.
To display the videos you have uploaded on your website, you must use the Video widget or the Video gallery widget and configure them to display videos. The widget uses Telerik RadMedia Player, which is an HTML5 video player. It supports WebM (.webm), Ogv (.ogv), and MP4 (.mp4) file formats.
PREREQUISITE: Your video library must support HTML5 mode. For more information, see Libraries upload mode.

You can then choose the way videos are displayed by changing the template which the Video and Video gallery widget uses. For more information, see Creating and editing widget templates.
On Videos page click Embed this video link of the respective video.
