Sync history

The Staging & Syncing module has a dedicated tab for displaying complete history of the synchronization tasks.
To view synchronization history, click Administration » Staging & Syncing » Sync history.

The following screenshot displays a summery of synchronization tasks:

Sync History

On this tab, you can view the following information:

  • The exact date and time of the synchronization task. 
  • Site or sites where sync items are coming from
  • The number of items that were synced and the number of items that failed to sync.

    NOTE: The number of synchronized items can be larger than the number of items that you actually sent for synchronization, because parent items and related items are also synced.

  • The interval of the synchronization - whether this is a periodically schedules task or a single synchronization.
  • The user that performed the synchronization.

In the right pane, you can filter the tasks by site which items are synced from or by source server.

Sync task details

By clicking a synchronization task on the Sync history tab, you can view its details. In the details view, you can see the different data types that were synced and the exact item count from each data type.

For each data type, for example - Blog posts, you can view further details by clicking View details.
The system display a list of all single items that were synced or failed to sync.
