NOTE: You can use any FTP client such as WS_FTP or any other FTP client.
To upload your project, perform the following:

NOTE: After restoring the database, you must obtain a connection string. A connection string is formed using the database name, the username, and the password. Following is an example of how a connection string is formed:
Data Source=myServerAddress; Initial Catalog=myDataBase; User Id=myUsername; Password=myPassword;

NOTE: Make sure that your ASP.NET version is set to 4.0. You can do this from the control panel of your hosting.
After performing the above procedure, you will have a fully workable and deployed website.
