You can duplicate an existing form and save it with a different name. This is useful when you want to have similar forms and do not want to create them from scratch.
You have the option to set the confirmation message for each form individually. One and the same form can have different confirmations when used with different widgets. You set this using the Form widget.
When you duplicate a form, Sitefinity CMS copies its layout, all the widgets and their configuration, the form’s permissions, and all the form’s settings. The only setting that is not duplicated is the list of email subscribers. For more information, see Setup email notifications for form responses. Form responses are not duplicated, as well.
