Maud Bernard is responsible for digital marketing solutions for the Marine Solutions division at Wärtsilä, the global leader in smart technology and lifecycle solutions for the marine and energy markets. In this role she has been focused on B2B marketing specifically developing digital channels and enriching the customer experience by focusing on human-centric design as the heart of the user experience. Prior to Wärtsilä Bernard was with Amazon where she focused on French customer service, sales and content editing. She is also a certified ScrumMaster^®.

Richard Campbell wrote his first line of code in 1977. His career has spanned the computing industry both on the hardware and software sides, development and operations. He was a co-founder of Strangeloop Networks, acquired by Radware in 2013 and was on the board of directors of Telerik which was acquired by Progress Software in 2014. Today he is a consultant and advisor to a number of successful technology firms and is the founder and chairman of Humanitarian Toolbox (www.htbox.org), a public charity that builds open source software for disaster relief. Richard is also the host of two podcasts: .NET Rocks! (www.dotnetrocks.com) which publishes two shows a week to .NET developers and RunAs Radio (www.runasradio.com) which is a weekly show for IT Professionals.

Michael serves Application Development & Delivery Professionals. He is a leading expert on mobile software development, software development processes, and next-generation software architectures.

Michael has more than 15 years of experience in the software development industry. He joined Forrester from IBM, where he delivered industry-leading applications in mobile, social software, content management, portal, and workflow. While there, he authored or co-authored 23 patents in the areas of mobile software, collaborative systems, content management, and media services that have been issued or pending.

Michael holds a bachelor's degree in computer engineering from Case Western Reserve University.

Stephen is a Developer Advocate on the Angular Team at Google. Stephen works to solve real world problems faced by developers and businesses and to represent the needs of the community within the Angular team.

Pamela Hudson is the CIO for BayHealth Development LLC (a joint venture between University of California San Francisco Health and John Muir Health) and Canopy Health, the accountable care network / HMO plan for the Bay Area.  Prior to joining BayHealth/Canopy Health,Hudson was the Chief Operating Officer for the Center for Digital Health Innovation (CDHI) at the University of California San Francisco where she was responsible for managing all CDHI operations, deliverables, assets and public/private partnerships for digital innovations. She has 30 years of health IT, consulting and operations experience and has led multiple EHR implementations at different organizations, including: Kaiser Permanente, UK National Health System/London and the University of California San Francisco.  In each organization she has also led the introduction of new technologies such as, Voalte|Clinical Communications, OneView| Patient Centered Engagement, robotic TUGS, development of artificial intelligence algorithms for images, high-performance computing with Intel/Nvidia and Interoperability HIE platforms. Hudson is passionate about improving people’s lives and firmly believes technology can transform healthcare. She is a noted speaker and has been appeared in publications including CNet, Wired and the San Francisco Times.

Raj Sadasivan is a strategic leader and change agent with over 21 years cross-continent IT advisory and consulting industry experience in India, Australia, Europe and USA. In his capacity as Chief Global Digital Customer Experience Leader at Schneider Electric, Raj is leading the charge to transform customer experience and satisfaction. Prior to Schneider Electric Sadasivan held consultancy roles at PWC, Sterling Commerce (an IBM company) and Philip Morris. He also held leadership positions at Ecubed Collaboration, Ernst & Young, MillerCoors and DHL.

Tom Stein is the senior computer systems manager at Washington University and the operations manager and senior IT lead for NASA’s Planetary Data System Geosciences Node at Washington University. With an information management background, Stein is a technology advocate who seeks to incorporate technology advances into tools and processes that improve access to and understanding of NASA mission data. He leads development of new approaches and interfaces, including the Analyst’s Notebooks, a web app for planetary scientists and the general community that details Mars rover missions. In addition, Stein is involved with efforts to standardize planetary data management and access worldwide and chairs the International Planetary Data Alliance.

Kalman Tiboldi is the Chief Business Innovation Officer at TVH Group, the worldwide market leader in replacement parts and accessories for material handling and industrial vehicles. In this role Tiboldi drove digital transformation within the company by merging IT and business into a new department called, “Business Innovation through IT” (BI*T).  With his team Tiboldi has successfully implemented a flawless IT infrastructure with flexible applications, based on service-oriented architecture, using DevOps. Tiboldi has also implemented a series of cloud-based services, Big Data and IoT and strongly supports Open Source. Tiboldi holds a Civil engineer polytechnician degree from Military Technical Academy of Bucharest and a Master of Mathematics and Computer Science degree from University of Bucharest.

He has over 35 year experience in using IT for business process innovation and was named ‘IT Manager of the Year – Large Organizations’ in 2004 and 2011 by the leading European trade publication, Data News. Tiboldi has spoken at the Smart Manufacturing Leaders Summit and Edge Computing Congress and has appeared in media outlets including AI Business, Enterprise Mobility Exchange and more.

As a Director of Software Development for Infor, Chris leads architecture and dev teams charged with building and deploying market-leading, highly-scalable, multi-tenant SaaS applications. For the past 15+ years, Chris has worked on sophisticated ecommerce and mobility solutions in the commercial and manufacturing verticals. Chris holds a B.S. in Computer Science from Southern Polytechnic State University and a M.E. in Systems Engineering from Penn State University.

As Senior Vice President of Core Products, John oversees Progress’ core portfolio, including OpenEdge, DataDirect, Sitefinity and other products.  John is responsible for engineering, product management, product marketing and technical support. A driven leader with a proven track record of managing large mission-critical product lines, John‘s focus is on strengthening our core products and helping our customers and partners succeed working with Progress.

John has worked in the enterprise software industry for over 25 years, with extensive experience in engineering, presales and product management. Prior to joining Progress, he held positions of increasing seniority at CA Technologies, the most recent being Senior Vice President of Engineering Services. In that role, he was responsible for delivering horizontal engineering services to CA business units and product teams across the company’s entire product portfolio. In other roles at CA, John was responsible for various R&D initiatives, including roles with CA’s offshore development center and served as SVP for a number of large and diverse product lines core to CA’s business.

John graduated from Coventry University in the UK, with a degree in Computer Science.

A recognized expert in emerging technologies and industry trends, and a published author, Yogesh holds a patent in the field of neural networks. He earned a Master’s Degree in Computer Science from the University of Wisconsin and a Bachelor’s Degree in Electronics Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Madras.

As Chief Marketing Officer, Loren is responsible for driving Progress’ global marketing and strategy, applying her strong strategic, analytical and go-to-market skills to propel new growth for the business. Loren is excited by the opportunity to build on the company’s strong commitment to its core business and to capture and deliver on the emerging market for the business applications of tomorrow.

A growth-stage CMO, Loren’s passion is to develop and execute on winning strategies for driving the next phase of growth for companies. Loren brings an impressive track record to her work at Progress. Most recently as Chief Marketing Officer at Acquia, she drove creation of a predictable and scalable demand generation model, launched new positioning and accelerated Acquia’s leadership position with analysts. As CMO of Kaseya, Loren built a global marketing team focused on digital marketing and high-velocity demand generation. At FatWire, leading both Marketing and Product Management, Loren drove redefinition of the company’s positioning and product direction, doubling the size of the business and leading to a strategic sale to Oracle. Earlier, Loren also held leadership positions at CA Technologies, Oracle and American Express.

Loren holds an MBA from the Harvard Business School and a BA from Yale University.

As SVP & GM of the Developer Tooling Business, Faris is responsible for driving the overall success of this business for Progress, ensuring the company continues to deliver best-of-breed tools for developers. His responsibilities include running engineering, product, support, sales and marketing for these product lines.

Boldly tackling software development challenges for over 19 years, Faris was previously the Chief Technical Officer for Telerik, where he led technical direction for the company until it was acquired by Progress in 2014. This admitted tech-gadget guy loves basketball almost as much as a good political or religious debate. Yet, much of his work and technology ethic was shaped by his 10-year tenure at Microsoft, working on the core team that built the first versions of .NET, and his former start-up, ArtOfTest, where he experienced technology innovation, go-to-market and building teams from scratch from the vantage point of a start-up.

All of which came after he earned his Bachelor’s degree in computer engineering from Purdue University.

As CTO, Dmitri Tcherevik leads Progress’ vision and technology strategy for cognitive applications across its product portfolio. As a core member of the Progress executive team, he not only executes upon Progress’ technology road map, but leads future technology efforts including incubation projects, technology M&A and strategic alliances. Dmitri is an industry innovator with a proven track record of creating and evangelizing game-changing technology strategies. He’s at once a hands-on engineer, strategist and practical go to market expert, with exceptional skills in devising and implementing technology strategy for emerging technologies.

Dmitri is a serial entrepreneur, having founded two successful technology start-ups—MightyMeeting and Infostoria (acquired by Fatwire in 2007). Dmitri served as CTO at FatWire, where he helped to define the market around Web Experience Management, until its strategic sale to Oracle in 2010. Prior to FatWire, Dmitri led emerging technology development at CA. He carries specialties in the areas of mobile apps and platforms, cloud services, collaboration, web experience management and enterprise application integration. He also has a background in machine learning, having contributed to development of a groundbreaking AI engine used in chess programs and economic forecasting software.

Dmitri majored in applied math and intelligent systems design at the National Nuclear Research University, Moscow, where he graduated with honors.
