We greatly value inclusion, diversity and encourage the mutual respect of others. We condemn all forms of racism, discrimination, hatred and inhumanity. These toxic forces undermine the values we hold dear and work exhaustively to cultivate in our company and our communities.
At Progress, we define inclusion as a state of being valued, respected and supported. In practice, we focus on the needs of every individual and we work hard to create the right conditions for each person to excel. As a global company, our diversity comes naturally and that wonderous mix of humanity is one of our greatest strengths.
In addition to enhancing meeting norms and continuing its Mentorship Program, Progress has expanded its professional development offerings to include inclusive leadership training, an internal learning hub and an educational webinar series.
In 2023, Progress’ seven employee resource groups (ERGs) and Inclusion and Diversity (I&D) Committee hosted 40+ activities to support an inclusive, psychologically safe working environment. In addition, ERGs raised close to $20k in giving efforts and hosted multiple item drives for shelters, veterans and children in need.
Understanding that physical, mental and financial health are key to performing well at work, Progress offers a range of activities and programs to support employees’ personal wellness, including sessions on mindfulness and stress management, webinars on personal finance and access to athletic challenges.
