To thrive as a global public company, Progress requires a stellar legal mind at our helm. For us, this is YuFan Stephanie Wang, Progress Chief Legal Officer and Secretary. Stephanie is a trusted and principled advisor leading all aspects of the Progress legal, compliance and corporate governance efforts, including corporate transactions, overseeing the Commercial Legal Service, Enterprise Legal Service and Strategic Asset Management teams.
Prior to joining Progress, Stephanie was with W. P. Carey Inc., a public real estate investment trust. There, she most recently held the role of Senior Vice President and Deputy Chief Legal Officer and helped to develop an active capital markets program that issued over $2B of debt and equity annually. She further guided over $8.6B in mergers while with the company. Stephanie previously practiced in the corporate departments of Proskauer Rose LLP and Clifford Chance US LLP.
Stephanie earned her Juris Doctorate Law Degree from Cardozo School of Law and her Bachelor of Science in Policy Analysis and Management from Cornell University.
