Edit mobile applications

You modify created mobile apps on Mobile app generator page, which displays a list of all apps together with actions you can perform on them.

Status of mobile applications

An application can be in one of the following statuses:

  •  Published in SF box
  •  Not published in SF box

Publish, unpublish or export a mobile application
  • To publish an unpublished mobile app to Sitefinity CMS Box, click the Actions link of this app and in the dropdown menu, click Publish.
  • To unpublish a published mobile app to Sitefinity CMS Box, click the Actions link of this app and in the dropdown menu, click Unpublish.
  • To open a mobile app in the AppBuilder, click the Actions link of this app and in the dropdown menu, click Open in AppBuilder.
  • To export a mobile app for use in another environment, click the Actions link of this app and in the dropdown menu, click Export as .zip file.

Editing the properties of a mobile app

 You edit the properties of a mobile app in the following way:
  1. On Mobile app generator page, click the Actions link of the app and, in the dropdown menu, click Edit properties.
  2. Perform procedure Build mobile applications with the Mobile app builder » Step 4 to Step 8.
  3. Click Save.

Deleting a mobile app
  1. On Mobile app generator page, click the Actions link of the app and, in the dropdown menu, click Delete.
  2. Confirm the deletion.

The mobile app is deleted and, if it was published, is unpublished from Sitefinity CMS Box.
