Overview
| Located in a major county of greater Portland, Oregon, Clackamas Community College serves around 320,000 people and a diverse student body of over 26,000 across three campuses. Faced with challenges in user navigation and access to essential information, Clackamas Community College aimed to enhance user pathways on their website. Collaborating closely with Clackamas’ digital team, Enqbator performed an in-depth discovery phase, utilizing surveys and interviews to gather user feedback. Based on the data gathered from user research, they created user personas and developed wireframes and final designs, which underwent rigorous review and usability testing. Overall, the project results in a redesigned Home Page, Program Landing/Search Page and 97+ Program Pages. The redesigned site also featured improved degree search functionality, optimized content, consistent layouts, a clean modern design, streamlined student pathways, custom modules, and multilingual support. The enhancements led to immediate positive feedback, proving the project's success in improving the digital experience for students and staff. |
